At Dot & Leopard we realise that although our products are of a very high standard and care has been taken to describe each garment as accurately as possible, a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Contact must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. As soon as the unwanted item/s has been returned to Dot & Leopard, we will dispatch the new items/s to the customer. Dot & Leopard will not charge postage to send new item/s to the customer however all costs such as packaging and postage for returning unwanted item/s to us will be paid by the customer.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable and all sales are final.

When will my order be shipped?

We are very efficient at shipping orders out and dispatch your item(s) within one business day upon receipt of order.

Who ships my order?

All orders are packed by myself personally and sent through a combination of Sendle and Australia Post from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Can I track my order?

Certainly.  When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Dot + Leopard with a tracking number. You keep track of your item(s) using this tracking number.

What if my order is lost?

In the event that a parcel is lost or stolen, we strongly advise you to contact your local post office for further investigating. As per Australia Post terms and conditions, it is the receivers/customers responsibility to lodge a complaint or investigation once it leaves our hands.

How much does shipping cost?

Our promise to you is to keep our shipping costs affordable so that you can purchase our products.

At this stage we only post Australia wide. We have a flat-rate of $9.95 for standard shipping and $13.95 for express shipping.
