At Dot & Leopard we realise that although our products are of a very high standard and care has been taken to describe each garment as accurately as possible, a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. As soon as the unwanted item/s has been returned to Dot & Leopard, we will despatch the new items/s to the customer. Dot & Leopard will not charge postage to send new item/s to the customer however all costs such as packaging and postage for returning unwanted item/s to us will be paid by the customer.

Dot & Leopard delivers Australia wide using the services of Australia Post and Star Trek couriers. We will ship orders within 24 hours of placing it Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery Fee Australia wide is AUD$10.85 flat fee for express post, for next day delivery or AUD$7.95 for Parcel Post (2-5 business days).
Dot & Leopard does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of items/parcels once they have left our office. Therefore we strongly recommend that you use Express Post as it can be tracked should any problem occur.
We accept credit card payment online via EWAY or via Paypal (VISA and Mastercard). We also accept Direct Bank Deposit as a payment option. Please check with your financial institution regarding timeframes for processing payment etc. You will need to deposit the payment within 3 working days from day of purchase or your order may be cancelled. Dot & Leopard will dispatch your order when payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you advising of when your purchases have been despatched.
